Our wheatgrass powder is grown in the fresh countryside of Inner Mongolia and harvested in early spring in order to preserve the maximum nutrition of the new blades. The blades are soaked in sterile water, rinsed and then cut before being slowly dehydrated and formed into powder. Once in powder form it is immediately packed into dry foil bags, then sealed in round cardboard drums to lock out heat, moisture or light.

Description:
Wheat grass powder has a medium green colour and pleasant grass type odour with a similar grassy taste. It is often grown as a feed for livestock due to ease of cultivation and high nutrient composition.
Wheatgrass powder is low in calories contains few calories but is rich in a number of vitamins, minerals, amino acids (proteins) and vital enzymes. The juice of the wheat grass blades are also called ‘green blood’ because of the high content of chlorophyll, which bears a structural similarity to haemoglobin, and this results in high oxygen supply to all the body tissues.

How to Use:
